MB SANUSI. U SHOULD READ THIS.

Bekas CFO MBI (zaman ust azizan). Baca sendiri untuk lihat parti so called islam ni.

SMARTBOMB ni dia lebih complicated and more precise. Tidak ada korban yang tak bersalah.

Karya ini ditulis mengikut flow yang mai dalam kepala hotak aku. Kadang-kadang dia mai dalam Bahasa Melayu, sometimes it comes in English. So kepada para UN, hangpa install siap-siap Google Translate.

The failure…. Sat, sat, sat. Jangan bagi UNs pening awai…..

Kegagalan pembayaran Kedah Agro Holdings Berhad (KAHB) adalah disebabkan ketiadaan support dan projek berdayasaing setelah sekian lama.

During Tok Det’s time (lantakla UNs, hangpa pakai la Google Translate… flow dok mai dalam English) there is only one Kedah Agro, which is called Kedah Agro Industries Berhad (KAIB).

The operations at that time was sustainable.

CEO dapat gaji RM12K, 2 executives in Accounts and Operations respectively were paid RM1,500 each. So overhead tak sampai RM20K sebulan.

Waktu PAS mengambil alih pada 2008, Kedah Agro Group of Companies (KAHB) diwujudkan.

Pengurusan terdiri dari kroni-kroni Che Had Dali and 5 other subsidiaries were incorporated.

Anuar Tahir & Wan Kharizal were brought in to lead. I personally object the idea of incorporating many subsidiaries because it will lead to inflated overhead.

Dato’ Phahrolrazi agreed with me.

Dato Phahrol was the chairman of the group in his capacity sebagai Exco Pertanian, Kedah.

But Che Had had the final say as he assured that projects for all subsidiaries were in the pipeline and will generate income within a year.

At that time, MBI was not the MBI in the current structure now.

MBI, then was administered by the MB’s Office. (Aku tulih English la no? Sun Tzu’s Art of War says to confuse your enemies. So I’m doing just that to UNs).

MBI in its current form was established on the paper that I presented in the EXCO Meeting in 2008/2009.

Hence, when MBI was structurally formed, Almarhum Ustaz Azizan as MB awarded logging areas to MBI for capitalization purposes.

The capital raised was RM16-20 million.

MBI, then injected RM5.0 million as seed capital to KAHB.

Monthly overhead increased to approximately RM100K.

After 6 months, the projects promised by Che Had Dali have yet to materialized. So KAHB has been running without generating revenues for half a year.

At this point, Anuar Tahir & Wan Kharizal approached me to complain about the high overhead and the demands of a few bosses heading the subsidiaries. Demands included company vehicles, additional staff and other costly items.

As CFO of MBI, I cannot do anything directly because there is no locus standi. So the onus is on the management of subsidiaries to execute the projects.

Long story cut short, Anuar Tahir & Wan Kharizal were transferred out of KAHB to another subsidiary of MBI due to differences of opinions (possibly frictions created by the then Political Secretary).

Another CEO was brought in, Hj Hassan from Terengganu, former top management in Petronas. Very, very capable individual with great vision for KAHB.

Unfortunately Hj Hassan suffered a heart attack during his short tenure and could not continue to serve KAHB.

At this time, Zuraini (my wife) left the company due to disagreements with the new CEO, Datuk Shahabuddin, about financial procedures.

It is at this point that financial problems for KAHB start creeping up.

Financial control were not properly implemented during Datuk Shahabudin’s tenure. Projects were thick and thin but there were no sustainable long term source of income for KAHB.

When the seed capital of RM5.0 million ran out, MBI were forced to pump in funds to keep KAHB afloat.

This continued after 2013 when Dato’ Seri Mukhriz Mahathir was MB to Datuk Seri Ahmad Bashah and back to Dato’ Mukhriz.

Of course CEOs and top managements were changed in line with the political appetite of the day. But KAHB has always relied on MBI for funds. Hence, the problems highlighted in the Auditor’s General Report in 2017.

KAHB is only the tip of the iceberg for problems brewing in Kedah’s GLC. It is rumored that Insaniah Holdings is in the same pickle.

Not to mention PKB which Sanusi has his schoolmate running the show. PKB is in danger of defaulting bank loans amounting up to RM100 miilion or more. If defaulted, all Kedah’s GLCs will be affected as they cannot undertake anymore loans from financial institutions.

A fucked up situation for my friend, Sanusi.

KAHB’s reliance on MBI is PROBABLY compromised due to the fact that MBI no longer has the funds to splash.

A fucked up situation for MBI CEO and my classmate Zafir Annuar. Zafir is a member of Kedah Civil Service (KCS) brought in by Sanusi in a fucked up situation. He is probably Sanusi’s scapegoat.

If things go south in any matter of administration, he can just blame it on KCS. Has KCS has become Sanusi’s bitches?

Several issues and allegations were thrown at me allegedly of misusing funds.

I am a graduate of Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University double-majoring in Finance & Economic with a minor in Accountancy. If I intended to benefit financially from MBI, I am smart enough to cover my tracks and my ass. But Allah SWT has protected me from such temptations.

Alhamdulillah. All financial activities as a Special Officer to MB, CFO of MBI, General Manager of Yiked Holdings and CEO of Kedah IT were all properly recorded and documented. Money trails, audit trails, payment vouchers, receipts, invoices and other documents are in MBI’s office now.

If there is any wrongdoings, please report them to the authorities. Korek la apa hangpa nak korek. InsyaAllah I AM CLEAN.

On the relationship with my ex-father in-law, Almarhum Ustaz Azizan, I have always loved him with all my heart and my actions whether considered positive or negative have always been to protect him from harm.

During the end of his tenure, his health had enormously deteriorated. His judgments were compromised.

I personally think his Political Secretary took advantage of that situation. That’s why people perceived my actions as opposing him but instead I was protecting him.

Alhamdulillah, when I visited him at Hospital Pulau Pinang he apologized to me and we forgave one another several days before his death. May Allah forgive him. Allahumaghfirlahu warhamhu wa’afihi waghfu’anhu.

This writing is for my conscience. I ask not of any judgment from whoever nor do I judge anyone who comments on this.

Kepada rakyat Kedah, mungkin masanya tiba seorang yang mampu memimpin dilantik mengetuai Kedah dan bukannya badut sarkis.

Prof. Haim Hilman Abdullah, time for you to come into the spotlight, brother.

Ni la SMARTBOMB aku hari Jumaat ni. Yg kurang SMART or intellectually-challenged will struggle.

Kelupoq jangan tak kelupoq!

Adios.

Yusrin
