Dear Comrades and Friends ,
Today is the 13th day that our 6 PSM Activists are in EO detention. Pressure after pressure is being applied by all and solidarity support is coming from all corners of the world, but to date there is no improvement. The police continue to keep them in detention without any reason and are picking reason from the air to justify the 6 people's detention.
So we need to push harder to get the police to release our 6 activists. Thus we have planned a nationwide police report on the 16 Julai 2011 against the Home Minister, IGP and Deputy IGP to pressure to release the 6 activists.
OUR MINIMUM TARGET IS 100 POLICE REPORTS .
If PERKASA, UMNO and BN can do 2000 reports on BERSIH, we should achieve more as the 6 people who are in detention are people's activists.
But, we can achieve more, in line with the spirit of BERSIH, where the Malaysian people have bravely spoken up !
You can do individual police reports, or under the name of your organisation, up to you. But we need to aggressively get as many people possible to do police reports so that the police can feel the pressure.
Attached is the sample police report for your guidance. Please scan and send us a copy of the police report done or send us the report number for documentation purposes. You can send to nalininal@gmail.com details of yr report for documentation. Plse state report number and where you did the report.

Aduan oleh :
PENAHANAN TIDAK SAH 6 ORANG AHLI PSM : DR.JEYAKUMAR, CHOO CHON KAI, SARATBABU, SARAVATHY, LETCHUMANAN & SUKUMARAN DI BAWAH ORDINAN DARURAT
Saya ___________________________ no kad pengenalan ____________ ingin membuat laporan polis terhadap Menteri Dalam Negeri, Datuk Hishamuddin; Ketua Polis Negara, Tan Sri Ismail Omar dan; Timbalan Ketua Polis Negara, Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar kerana:
1. Telah menangkap 6 orang ahli dan aktivis PSM di bawah Ordinan Daururat (EO) yang tiada hak untuk membela diri dan dibicarakan di Mahkamah dan biasa digunakan terhadap penjenayah berat. .
2. Melakukan penyiasatan dan penderaan ala ISA walaupun ke-6 mereka di tahan di bawah EO.
3. Telah membuat tuduhan palsu dan cuba mengaitkan mereka kepada aktiviti-aktiviti yang mereka tidak terlibat seperti melancarkan perang keatas DYMM Agung atau memulihkan PKM antaranya.
4. Risau akan keadaan kesihatan mereka memandangkan mereka berada ada dalam sel berasingan
5. Penahanan tanpa bicara dibawah EO/ISA adalah satu pencabulan hak asasi manusia dan dikutuk oleh semua Institusi hak Asasi Antarabangsa dan oleh semua amalan agama di dunia,.
Saya/Kami sebagai rakyat Malaysia amat kecewa dan dukacita atas penahanan keenam orang aktivis ini. Saya meminta mereka dibebaskan atau dibicarakan di mahkamah terbuka dengan serta merta. Saya membuat aduan polis ini kerana ke 6 ahli aktivis PSM ini ditahan secara tidak sah. Saya bimbang akan keselamatan mereka dan membuat aduan polis ini kerana mahukan mereka dibebaskan dengan serta merta atau didakwa di mahkahmah.
