DATO' SHAMSUDDIN HAYRONI Chairman Diploma in Civil Engineering (UTM) Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (United States of America) Dato' Shamsuddin Hayroni started his career in 1978 with JKR where, in his capacity as a Civil Engineer, he was responsible for project design and supervision. He left his service at JKR to join Projek Lebuhraya Utara Selatan Berhad (PLUS) for career advancement. Equipped with engineering expertise and vast experience in the field, Dato' Shamsuddin Hayroni has taken up business ventures in the construction industry as well as property development. Beside heading Majulia Group as Executive Chairman, he is also the Executive Chairman of AIM Berhad (Businesss Processes Outsourcing - BPO Service Provider) and Electronic Commerce Technology Sdn Bhd. DATIN RAHMAH KASSIM Executive Director Diploma in Accountancy (ITM), Certificate in Insurance (ITM) Bachelor of Arts Finance (USA), Master of Business Administration (USA) Datin Rahmah Kassim is one of the partners of Majulia since 1996 and is responsible for the Company's Business Development and Corporate Planning. She started her career in the Insurance Division of the Ministry of Finance in 1979. In 1998, she joined the Insurance Regulation Deparment of Bank Negara whereby she was responsible for the development and formulation of the Insurance Industry policies. At present, beside being the Executive Director of Majulia, she is also holding the post of Executive Director in AIM Berhad (Businesss Processes Outsourcing - BPO Service Provider) and Electronic Commerce Technology Sdn Bhd. PN. FATIMAH WATI MOHAMAD Executive Director Bachelor of Economics (University Malaya) Pn. Fatimah Wati Mohamad is responsible for all financial affairs and the managing of the Company's day to day operations. She gained 16 years of working experience in the Economics Department, Human Resource Department and Staff Training Center in Bank Negara Malaysia. In 1995, she joined Majulia as an Executive Director and also leads several companies under Majulia Group.

Beberapa syarikat milik seorang tertuduh dalam kes melibatkan tuduhan rasuah ke atas bekas menteri besar Dr Mohd Khir Toyo didakwa telah menerima projek berjumlah lebih RM273 juta dalam tempoh pentadbiran BN di Selangor.

Pendedahan mengejutkan itu juga melibatkan lima kontrak yang didakwa telah diberikan secara rundingan terus kepada syarikat-syarikat milik Shamsudin Hayroni.

Pendedahan itu dibuat hari ini oleh setiausaha politik menteri besar Selangor Faekah Husin melalui satu kenyataan.

Projek rundingan terus

Menurut Faekah lagi, projek berkenaan termasuk lima projek yang diberikan secara rundingan terus kepada syarikat Majulia Sdn Bhd.

Ia antara lainnya melibatkan satu pembinaan fasa pertama bagi kuarters kakitangan kerajaan dengan nilai lebih RM22.8 juta, serta pembinaan fasa keduanya dengan nilai RM61 juta.

Projek yang didedahkan itu turut melibatkan pembinaan bangunan sebuah perpustakaan, bernilai lebih RM71 juta, manakala satu projek lagi melibatkan pembinaan sebatang jalan di Sepang yang bernilai lebih RM73.7 juta.

Faekah juga berkata, satu lagi projek melibatkan sebuah stadium terbuka, pencawang elektrik, dua kebuk dan unit loji kumbahan di atas satu tapak kompleks sukan di Dengkil, bernilai hampir RM15 juta.

Bantu siasatan

Faekah berkata, pendedahan itu adalah ekoran tindakan majlis mesyuarat kerajaan negeri pada 16 Disember lalu yang memutuskan untuk mendedahkan butiran mengenai projek berkenaan.

Ia antara lainnya bertujuan untuk memastikan kerajaan pimpinan Pakatan Rakyat itu tidak dikaitkan dalam perbicaraan kes Dr Khir dan Shamsuddin Hayroni, kata Faekah lagi.
