Sarawak Report earlier received reports that a party of 15 family members and entourage of economics minister Azmin Ali flew business class return from Malaysia to Tokyo, leaving KL 21st December (MAS).
These reports appear to have been verified on social media by the lucky travellers themselves, who have uploaded photographs of the jolly holiday in Japan.
SR is further informed that another 12 business class returns were then also booked (again on MAS) immediately following the post-nuptual/end of year Japan tour, sending members of the same party to London. We are informed the family will remain until end of first week of January.
It is assumed that the circa RM500,000 all this will have cost in air tickets alone were paid in advance, given the present legal actions underway.
