BN / PH manifesto for Kelantan should be more vigorous and gives hope to the voters.
1) Water woes will be settled in 12 months . Give details
2) Shorts will be permitted to Muslims and non Muslims ( hot weather and climate change )
3) Movies will be allowed ( spare the young from taking the girlfriends to Trengganu)
4) concerts ; musical traditional dances will be allowed
5) Ketum will be permitted for personal consumption
6) Oil money will be paid on regular basis and in transparent manner
7) Kota Bharu -Kuala Krai Highway will be completed in 12 months
This manifesto may not be enough to win but at least it offers some excitement and Ray of hope
