CJ Chan Lilian raised questions regarding PICC. Some of the questions are:
- Who is going to finance this project?
- Who is going to manage and promote it?
- Is the road and transport system able to handle the increasing traffic?
- Why not PISA?
- Can the money be well spent in other sector?
CM Lim said the venue is a suggestion but the convention centre is necessary but the venue can still be discussed and deliberated.
