Naresh Narendran.
This woman is Tun Daim's third wife. If Daim is in power as finance minister by distributing state money to his nominee's family and cronies, then Naimah is the most powerful woman in the Malaysian business world. The following is the involvement of the two husbands and wives in the country's business.
MUHIBBAH ENGINEERING (M) Bhd.
The Edge newspaper, issued on April 23, 2001, published an article questioning MUHIBBAH who are often awarded lavish projects. The newspaper revealed strong connections and cooperation between MUHIBBAH and HCM Engineering Sdn. Bhd. HCM Engineering also has strong ties to politics
Earlier this year MUHIBBAH was awarded a contract amounting to RM422 million to build a military camp on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. Recently MUHIBBAH also got another contract worth RM366 million to build a Naval Center in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
Last year, MUHIBBAH through its joint venture company (JV) called ROADCARE (M) Sdn Bhd. Has obtained a federal road maintenance project in Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang and Selangor with a contract worth RM850 million for 15 years. Their net profit in this contract amounted to Rm297,750 million.
The shareholders in the MUHIBBAH company are Mac Ngan Boon and Naimah Abd. Khalid as its main shareholder.
Chapter Five: Who is Josephine Premla Suvaretnam?
(pp. 43 – 44)
Josephine is the 'TOP HONCO' on behalf of Naimah bte. Abd. Khalid in several interests obtained through the influence of Tun Daim Zainuddin as Minister of Finance.
Josephine and Naimah combined are women who are influenced in the business world in Malaysia.
Among businessmen, Josephine is a director in several companies in which Naimah has an interest. If she is not a director in a certain company, this woman will direct the CEO of the company to look after the interests of Naimah and Daim.
Everyone knows the CEO of Alliance Banking Group (formerly Multi-Purpose Bank) takes orders from Josephine. In short he is the unofficial de facto CEO of Alliance Banking Group. Akbar Khan is the current unofficial de facto CEO of Multi-Purpose Banking Group.
Josephine also directs and administers various overseas investments on behalf of Daim, especially Daim's own banks abroad such as in Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Mauritius, Namibia, Mozambique, Myanmar and Cambodia.
The companies under Josephine's administration have been given multi-billion ringgit contracts offered by the Ministry of Finance. If we do an entire audit in the contract department of the Ministry of Finance, we will be able to carefully describe the contracts.
Chapter Six: SPK - Syarikat Permodalan Kebangsaan Bhd.
(pp. 45-47)
Daim's third wife, namely Naimah Binti Abd. Khalid is the majority shareholder in SPK.
The Ministry of Finance through Daim as its minister has given contracts to SPK amounting to RM2.2 billion over the past few years.
The question is whether Daim declared an interest in making an official decision?
If it has been declared, of course people will wonder why give a contract to a company whose wife is the main shareholder?
If Daim did not declare about awarding the project to SPK, why can't legal action be taken against Daim?
These two factors, whether declared or not, Daim can be subject to action based on the Penal Code Act (amendment) 1993 which allows for mandatory flogging and imprisonment for white collar criminals.
Naimah Abd. Khalid can also be sentenced to mandatory flogging and imprisonment for conspiring with her husband as Minister of Finance if convicted.
1. ROBERT TAN HUA CHOO

CHAPTER Twelve: RM To Save RENONG
(pp. 80-85)
CHAPTER Twelve: RM To Save RENONG
(pp. 80-85)
Everyone knows Tun Daim dominates RENONG BERHAD. Halim Saad is only the nominee.
As Kumpulan Renong is heading towards bankruptcy, Daim had to find a way to save the giant company.
The Ministry of Finance proposed to take over Putra and LRT with a total price of RM 6 billion. Putra by RM4.5 billion while LRT RM1.5 billion.
In order to save Putra, Daim had to involve the LRT to give the impression that molekmolek had to save public transport in the Kelang Valley.
This looks like a 'cover-up'. Investors and financial agencies were quite surprised by this unexpected 'rescue'. It is in the knowledge of corporate members that Putra was developed with a maximum amount of RM3.5 billion and RM1.5 billion has already been sucked out.....
Why use the Government Officer Pension fund, EPF and the bank system to save Time Dotcom? This institution suffered losses of millions of ringgit. It's easy, Time Dotcom's Infrastructure Costs are multiplied to be sucked out too...
No pity for the common people. Pension and EPF money is people's hard earned money. If the Chinese say "Blood and Sweat Money"... If you misuse it, the consequences will be severe. Afraid of being cursed by people.
