Arrived at Qatar to attend the Inauguration Ceremony of a New Initiative for Women upon the invitation from Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation (QF).
I am very honored to be part of the launching of the "Al-Mujadilah" center and mosque, whose name derived from the Qur'anic surah. I hope that this initiative will strengthen the identity of contemporary women by finding an objective and balanced space within our religion, culture and heritage.
Also present, His Highness Dr. Hamad Bin Abdulaziz Al-Kawawi, State Minister and President of Qatar National Library and His Highness Faisal Bin Thani Al Thani, Chief Investment Officer of Qatar Investment Authority
