Najib convicted of abuse of power in SRC case
KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here today convicted Najib Razak of one of the seven charges against him in connection with RM42 million belonging to former 1MDB unit SRC International.
Trial judge Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali said the defence had failed to raise reasonable doubt on the prosecution’s case for the abuse of power charge.
