Hakikatnya hanya 105 SD sahaja.

UMNO AGM | Perikatan Nasional chairperson Muhyiddin Yassin had only 105 statutory declarations, which is not enough to form the government, said BN chairperson Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
He said that the 10 SDs from BN MPs were invalid.
This is because BN members had signed three documents which handed over power to him as the party president, acknowledged that any seat won belonged to the party, and an agreement to pay a fine of RM100 million if they left the party or supported anyone else, he explained.
“What he (Muhyiddin) said included 10 SDs from MPs who also signed two SDs with BN and so with that, his real total is 105 SDs.
“And 105 is not enough to form the government,” the Umno president told a press conference.
Documents part of probe
Yesterday, Muhyiddin submitted to police 115 SDs, including his own, backing him as prime minister in the aftermath of the 15th general election in November 2022, which resulted in a hung parliament.

The media were later given a copy of Muhyiddin’s SD to the palace dated Nov 21, 2022, in which he mentioned that he had attached to his document 51 SDs from PN, PAS (22), Gabungan Parti Sarawak (22), Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (six), Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Malaysia (one), as well as SDs from 10 BN MPs and two independent MPs.
Zahid had wrangled the BN MPs into backing Anwar Ibrahim.
GPS and GRS had initially supported Muhyiddin but later switched their support to Anwar when Sultan Abdullah advised MPs to form a “unity government”.
The SDs and letters were among the documents Muhyiddin furnished to the police as part of their probe into allegations that he had insulted the former king by bringing up how he had not been invited to form a government after GE15 despite having the support of 115 MPs - including himself.
During his speech at Felda Perasu in Kelantan on Aug 14, Muhyiddin also said he was unsure why Sultan Abdullah did not invite him to the palace to be sworn in.
